We have been maintaining thorough sensitization, and have implemented the following steps to keep our staff and customers safe:
- We ask our customers that if they have travelled, are ill, or have been in contact with anyone who has or may possibly have COVID-19, to let us know so we can arrange your product to be dropped off.
- We are happy to help/serve you in a variety of ways.
-We are able to still for curb side pickup.
-OR you are welcome to come in the store after hand sanitizing to shop.
Although we will be limiting the numbers of people to keep safe distancing in effect.
-We are also encouraging all patrons to wear a face masks.
–All products, including returns and repairs, will be accessed outside and bagged before they will be brought into the store
- E-Transfers can be made in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org. We also accept Visa and MasterCard that can be obtained over the phone, as well as debit, credit card and cash transactions in person.
- We will continue to offer our services Monday through Saturday with hours of operation from 9am to 5pm.
- We are implementing safety measures at this time to ensure we can be here to supply all the essentials for you and your horse. Thus we will be postponing the following services until further notice:
–All Repairs will be held for at least 3 quarantined days
before we are able to fix them
– Unfortunately we will NOT be washing blankets anytime soon.
If you need them repaired, please have them laundered and cleaned.
Then you can drop off ONLY SUMMER blankets at this time to be repaired.
– Saddle Trials will be limited.
As we do not have room to store returned saddles
for the required quarantined time.
– No New Consignment Saddles
–No Saddle Gaugings
–No Clipper Blade Sharpening
Our horses contribute to our overall happiness and well-being, especially in times of stress. Please enjoy this time with them, and rest assured we will continue to provide products that you need to keep this part of your lives as normal as possible in these uncertain times.
